Many of our customers have found the ENTOUCH System adaptable to satisfy business requirements other than emergency notification. One example of this would be a telephone call out scenario where employees, contractors, tenants of an office complex are notified of a mandatory safety meeting. The telephony portion of the Intelligent Wireless Solutions technology uses real digitally prerecorded speech, thereby eliminating synthesized speech which can be difficult to understand during stressful situations. Messages may be preloaded or instantly created using a secure PIN number.

The call out process is enhanced with dynamic sign and pager messaging to update management with real time progress statistics. Real time reports are also available over the secure web link showing the progress of calls made, delivered and estimated time of completion.

The system may also automatically query the individual being called with yes/no or more complex responses (ie. "We have an opening for a dock worker class 1. If you could be available to work tomorrow, please press 2."). Queries may be complex or may be nested for automated surveys. Adaptations to nearly any scenario are quickly accomplished.

The large phone line capacity at the Intelligent Wireless Solutions operations center in Houston greatly expedites the call out process and reduces the cost of an in-house solution. In addition, as an option, you may directly tie into an existing public address system for automated overhead announcements.
